The Spanish Mooting Society is pleased to announce that it will organise a Pre-Moot for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (FIAMC) in Madrid, Spain, on Monday, 11 May 2026. ​The Pre-Moot:

• Will be hosted by several law firms.

• Is to be a full-day event, with registration taking place early in the morning.

• Each team will plead in three preliminary rounds.

• The two teams with the highest scores will compete in a final round.

• An optional social event will be held afterwards.

Due to seating limitations, teams may not observe other teams' preliminary rounds, but all teams will be invited to attend the final.

​

Participation of teams, coaches, and arbitrators is in-person only. For teams, being registered as a team competing in the current edition of the FIAMC is mandatory.​
